Both are Kennel Club Good Citizen Examiners up to Gold Standard, meaning they’re not only trusted to train dogs but also qualified to assess and award others at the highest level.

I am currently taking my rescue dog, who is so frightened of the world that I couldn’t walk him in public. For most of the first … More lesson he was petrified of the environment and the people, but by the end he was starting to relax and managed to sit down. By the third class, you wouldn’t know this was the same dog. He lay in the middle of the group, he had a bit of fuss off everyone and it was clear his confidence had increased massively. Jackie and Paul encouraged us to go at our own pace and not feel under pressure to perform every task. Jackie also made extra effort to befriend Horace which has paid off so much. I can now take him to the local park.
I highly recommend Jackie and Paul. They helped me with my other dog, an over-friendly, confident and happy Staffie, and now they’re working their magic again with my non-socialised and (previously) petrified rescue dog. Also - homework assignment is to go to the pub and the Cheesecake Shop. What’s not to love?

Rosie loves attending training, the sessions are fun, informative and have helped us build such a strong bond with Rosie. We also love all the fantastic other events that Jackie arranges for both owners and dogs including Easter egg hunts, dog Christmas parties as well as summer camps.
